Our design for the regeneration of the cultural centre of Dartford consists in the creation of a central square delimited by commercial and residential buildings, interspersed with cultural facilities.

One of the principal buildings is the proposed re-built Orchard theatre with a capacity of 950 seats. Adjoining are an experimental theatre and a 300-seat open-air performance space.
